Certainly, the ERA grant is an excellent opportunity to expand one's nephrological horizons, especially for young nephrologists, therefore it is essential that national societies apply for the possibility of involving young nephrologists

Impression from the ERA initiative are very positive, they offer opportunities not only for young doctors to develop their skills and expand their knowledge in interdisciplinary care of nephrology patients

ERA plays a very important role in advancing my career as a nephrologist, not only with useful webinars, but also with the opportunity to participate in the ERA Congress, developing international cooperation and bringing the quality of nephrology care provided in our country to international standards

Of course, I won the ERA grant several times and did not miss the opportunity to personally participate in the ERA Congress. From this came many ideas and potential studies at our workplace with the implementation of new knowledge into national protocols and the introduction of new diagnostic and therapeutic methods and protocols in our nephrology center. Of course, if possible, I don't want to miss a single ERA Congress, I see it as the biggest nephrology event of the year.
