As the Social Media Editor for our esteemed NDT journal, I undertake a multifaceted role that merges the realms of communication, outreach and scholarly dissemination. My primary responsibility revolves around leveraging various social media platforms to amplify the journal’s presence, engage with our audience and promote the latest research findings.

I decided to take on the role of Social Media Editor for NDT journal for several compelling reasons.
Firstly, I am passionate about the field of Nephrology. By serving as the SoMe editor for such a reputed journal, I saw an opportunity to contribute to the dissemination of crucial research findings and advancements in this field.

Secondly, I recognized the immense potential of social media as a powerful tool for scholarly communication and knowledge dissemination. I wanted to leverage my skills and expertise to help bridge the gap between traditional academic publishing and the online community of researchers, clinicians and patients interested in Nephrology

Lastly, I saw this role as an opportunity for personal and professional growth, allowing me to develop and refine my skills in digital communication, content curation, and community engagement.
