I assume the worldwide respect for the ERA fellowship program speaks out for itself. The program in essence is an unconditional level up - both in professional and academic terms. My personal opinion on the ERA fellowship program has been further boosted after the completion of my own fellowship - the ERA fellowship, inclusive of extensive firsthand and academic experiences, is an opportunity for immense growth.

I am utterly thrilled to highlight the ERA experience in my profile, in both academic and professional terms. I do believe that the far-reaching and expanded reputation of the ERA program absolutely benefits my CV.

ERA Fellowship without any doubt advanced my professional skills. It surely provided learning latest news, updates, new approaches. I met brilliant minds in Nephrology, doctors, nurses, psychologists who are still very eager to share their experience and to help improve our practice for children.
What I have earned by participating at this program will continue to benefit my career for a long period of time.

Taking participation in the hospital routine was extremely important. Seeing the advantages of chronic PD in children encouraged me to write a short report to send to Ministry of Health in Armenia, in order to give information about peritoneal catheters, dialysates etc to try implementation of chronic PD in Armenia. Secondly, I would like to mention urosonography with contrast agents, which was completely new for me, we can replace voiding cystourethrogram by contrast sonography in many cases and lower the exposure of radiation in children.
