Ingredients

  • 120 g tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • salt, pepper pinch of sugar
  • 120 ml broth
  • 4 large fried sausages

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the tomato paste.
  2. Add curry powder and cayenne pepper. Extinguish with orange juice.
  3. Stir in the broth and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and about star anise and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes. It’s the sauce too thick with some water to dilute.
  4. Roast the sausages. Pour over the sauce and serve. To match fries.
