Do you think that the ERA National Grant is a relevant achievement that should be mentioned in your professional CV?

I was very happy when the ERA recognized my work as good enough to win last year's award. I think it is an important recognition and I am proud to have it on my CV.

What is your opinion on the ERA National Grant initiative? Do you think National Societies shall take advantage of this offer for the benefit of their young members?

The ERA National Grant is a good chance for young professionals and I think National Societies should definitely promote it to support early-career researchers.

What is your impression of the ERA initiatives?

I think the diverse of initiatives offered by ERA is exceptional. They provide a supportive platform to learn everytime.

How has ERA impacted your career and education?

The grant has allowed me to have access to training resources that I would not have been able to access otherwise and has given me encouragement to continue entering the world of research. In fact, I currently want to direct my professional career in this direction.

Did you take advantage of the free congress registration that was included in ERA National Grant? Did the congress meet your educational needs regarding your updating in the field of Nephrology? Are you planning to attend ERA future Congresses?

Unfortunately I was not able to attend last year's congress in person, but I enjoyed the online modality and I found the quality of the works exhibited wonderful. I would love to continue enjoying the ERA membership and attend a congresses in the near future.

The fellowship enabled me to combine two areas of interest - glomerular diseases and biostatistics. Additionally, the opportunity to understand the functioning, possibilities, and limitations of a different healthcare system, and observe therapeutic decisions in another institution and country, was an invaluable practical experience.
